Creating a unique space where individuals can share their experiences and knowledge in city management, is one of the main goals of Paragon City “Urban Interaction Forum”. These experiences can be in different fields, such as environment, transportation, safety and security, and other social, economic, and cultural issues.

This forum is a new approach of sharing and communication for city management organizations and also municipalities worldwide in terms of using city space as a significant source of well-balanced living and more positive and peaceful, kinder, more loving, and more innovative ways.

Recognition of the valuable cities in the world is based on the previously published definition and parameters of 2A Center of Paragon City.

The prominent list of paragon cities will be provided every year and be declared globally as a unique reference of the “Urban Interaction Forum” across the Globe. The list can be the key for identifying the most valuable cities as Paragon City.

Note 1: research and studies over Paragon City can be done on different scales including neighborhood units, part of the city, city, and metropolitan areas.

Note 2: for submitted assessment cases, defined qualities will get suitable coefficients for each category. The cases will be scored based on the desired qualities which have been defined systematically and by applying the coefficients, and the Paragon City will be announced accordingly in each category.

Note 3: Based on the consideration of the applicant’s cities and according to the criteria and desired qualities of Paragon City, and Upon approval of an applicant, the selected Paragon City, it will be added to the prominent list as a member of “Urban Interaction Forum” and the member’s representative will receive the Certificate and Paragon City’s Symbolic Sign (City Memorial Board).

Note 4: The ceremony of the introduction of Paragon City will be held annually and the prominent list of the Paragon City will be published in the 2A Magazine, the website, etc.

Note 5: Based on the plan of the organization of 2A Center of Paragon City, The large scale of the Paragon City’s Symbolic Sign would be available to make and install in the urban space of the city as the unique symbolic sign of Parag City
